#2 Middlebury College 5, Connecticut College 0 Hoisington, Halsted & Rakovic Record Defensive Saves for Camels

NEW LONDON, Conn.--Anna Kenyon (Dedham, Mass.) scored two goals and assisted on a third marker as the second ranked Middlebury College field hockey team cruised to a 5-0 victory at Connecticut College Sunday afternoon. The Panthers have raced out to a perfect 10-0 record and are 7-0 in NESCAC play. The Camels slip to 5-5 with a 2-5 record in conference action. Sophomore midfielder Catherine Fowler (Grosse Pointe, Mich.) chipped in with a goal and an assist for the visitors. Katherine Theiss (Wilmette, Ill.) and Erin Petry (Wilmette, Ill.) chipped in with scores while Lauren Greer (N. Hampton, N.H.) dished out two assists. Senior net-minder Madeline Brooks (Clayton, Mo.) did not have to make a save in the shutout win. Becca Napolitano (Hamden, Conn.) made 14 saves in the setback for the Camels. Andrea Hoisington (Brownsville, Vt.), Heidi Halsted (Mill Valley, Calif.) and Maggie Rakovic (Narragansett, R.I.) all contributed with defensive saves for the hosts.
