Art Program Coordinator
- Return early from summer vacation for OVCS staff training.
- Recruit potential Art Program volunteers through the
OVCS Volunteer Fair, campus publications and active one-on-one
recruiting.
- Coordinate designated program days with local schools
and after school programs.
- Keep school personnel and tutors informed about school
closings, vacations and holidays.
- Design, develop and implement art program curriculum
with input from volunteers.
- Prepare projects and materials for each week’s
activity.
- Meet and communicate weekly with volunteers about projects.
- Distribute and collect evaluation forms from student
volunteers and any relevant schools/agencies.
