Vice President for Administration
Ulysses B. Hammond, Vice President for Administration, is the chief business operations and administrative officer of the College responsible for contract administration, contingency planning, facilities, and property and land management.
In this capacity, the Vice President provides staff support to the Facilities and Infrastructure Committee of the Board of Trustees, with special emphasis on planning, design and construction of campus facilities and buildings. The Vice President also directs the development and execution of the College's Master Plan as chair of the Facilities and Land Management Committee.
Mr. Hammond also coordinates the legal affairs of the College and oversees the administrative services of the College including Human Resources, Office of Events and Catering, Physical Plant Administration, Campus Safety and Dining and Auxiliary Services.
