Controller's Office

The Controller's Office is responsible for the overall accounting and financial reporting services for the College. The mission of this office includes:

  • maintaining an effective internal control environment to ensure compliance with generally accepted accounting principles as well as relevant federal and state regulations
  • ensuring that the accounting records of the college are complete and accurate
  • providing efficient and responsive business services to the college community
  • distributing financial reports for management uses throughout the college.

The Controller's Office manages the following areas:

  • Accounts payable
  • Grants and contracts accounting
  • Audit management and financial reporting
  • Journal accounting
  • Cashier and cash management
  • Payroll
  • Endowment and gift accounting
  • Student accounts and loans
  • Fixed asset accounting
  • Tax accounting and reporting
