Q: How do I apply for Study away/SATA program approval?
Students must complete the Study Away application available through the Office of National & International Programs and be approved by the Faculty Study Away Committee. As part of this application, students must meet with their Major Advisor. For more specific questions, please consult the Office of National & International Programs.

Q: May I study away at any time during my college career?
In general, only juniors are allowed to study away and their applications must be approved by the Faculty Study Away Committee. Some SATA programs will accept second semester sophomores or first semester seniors, but these are veryrare exceptions.
