Odyssey

A pre-orientation program for first-year international students and families

This optional pre-orientation program gives international students an opportunity to get to know the College and each other before the arrival of the rest of the first-year students. It takes place Thursday and Friday, before Freshman Arrival Day, Saturday.

A series of workshops provides information on making your transition to life at Connecticut College as smooth as possible. A special session is held on immigration and visa regulations.

Parents are encouraged to stay to participate in Odyssey and activities of Arrival Day. View a listing of overnight accommodations for families. Students have access to their rooms on Thursday, the starting day of the program.
