SECTION 7 SPILL OR LEAK PROCEDURES

STEPS TO BE TAKEN IN CASE OF SPILL:
Wear appropriate respiratory and personal protective equipment Absorb with
inert material and vacuum or sweep into an approved disposal container.

DECONTAMINATION:
Treat contaminated area with detergent and water. Absorb with inert
materials. Repeat procedure as necessary until area is clean.

ENVIRONMENTAL HAZARD:
Toxic to fish. Dike area to prevent entering drains, sewers or water
courses.

DISPOSAL:
Dispose of in accordance with Federal, State and local regulations.

SECTION 8 HEALTH PRECAUTION DATA

INGESTION:
Acute oral LD 50 (rat) for 20,000 mg/kg (RTECS*). Do not ingest. Wash
thoroughly before eating, drinking or smoking. Do not store near food or
feed.

INHALATION:
No PEL/TLV for this product. Avoid breathing spray mist or vapors. Wear
appropriate respiratory protection to minimize inhalation hazard.

SKIN ABSORPTION:
Can cause skin irritation, Wear appropriate personal protective equipment
to reduce skin exposure.

EYE EXPOSURE:
Keep out of eyes. Not expected to be an eye irritant. Wear proper eye
protection to reduce eye exposure. If exposed, flush eyes with water for a
minimum of 15 minutes.

EFFECTS OF OVEREXPOSURE:
Symptoms of overexposure may include stuffy, runny nose, wheezing, nervous
irritability, and tremors. The petroleum hydrocarbons can result in
central nervous system depression, headache, dizziness, weakness and
coordination loss. Propellant may cause freeze burns to mucous membranes,
eyes, skin and may cause anesthesia. No known chronic effects. Pre-
existing medical conditions involving the above symptoms may be aggravated
by exposure.

FIRST AID:
In all cases, get prompt medical attention. If ingested, give several
glasses of water. Do not induce vomiting. For skin contact, remove
contaminated clothing and wash with soap and water. For eye exposure,
flush eyes with water for a minimum of 15 minutes. If inhaled, remove
victim to fresh air, and administer CPR if necessary.

RESPIRATORY PROTECTION:
Use NIOSH/MSHA - approved respirator for pesticides for the exposures
encountered. Positive pressure self-contained breathing apparatus should
be used for confined space entry and exposures above 10 times the PEL/TLV.

PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT:
Long-sleeved coveralls, neoprene or rubber boot, neoprene or nitrile
gloves, hat, and safety goggles. For manufacture, formulation and
application operations, recommend a shower at the end of the work shift.

VENTILATION:
General ventilation sufficient for intended use. Local exhaust ventilation
is recommended for manufacture and formulation.
