Interviews
Interviews are not required but are highly recommended as part of the Connecticut College application process. Our interviewers see the conversation as a time to exchange information with you and personalize what can often seem an impersonal process. The interview is informational as well as evaluative for both the applicant and the interviewer.
Applicants, please remember that the interview is not an admission requirement. The inability to receive an interview does not diminish your chances for admission.
Both Admission officers and Admission Fellows conduct interviews and evaluate candidates. Admission Fellows are student interviewers, a select group of seniors trained to assist the Admission staff in all areas of the admission process.
Interviews for the high school Class of 2010 will begin on June 1, 2009 and will continue until December 18, 2009. Interviews for the high school class of 2011 will begin on June 1, 2010.
