Application Process

The COST Program is established in a way that provides a maximum number of students with the opportunity to learn about the complex challenges of sustainability and gain important skills to become effective change agents. One COST Rep per residential house is chosen each year based on an application and interview process that is facilitated by the COST Leadership Team. COST Rep positions are open to students of all majors, classes and curiosities, who are interested in promoting a holistic vision of sustainability on campus.

The application process takes place during the first week of the fall semester, with interviews taking place during the second week. Priority is given to freshman and sophomores interested in program, though people from all classes will be considered for COST Rep positions. Applications are also accepted at the beginning of the Spring semester to fill any position left vacant by students on Study Away.

If you are interested in becoming a COST Rep, fill out an application and send it into Genevieve Harding, the COST Program Manager.
