"Shakespeare in the Arboretum" celebrates twenty years of delighting summer audiences!

For twenty summers, the New London-based Flock Theatre has presented "Shakespeare in the Arboretum" during July and August.

The summer of 2013 performances in the Arboretum will include As You Like It (June 14-16, June 20-23 and June 27-30) and Oedipus Rex (July 18-21, July 25-28, and August 29-31, and September 1).

Derron Wood '86, principal director of Flock Theatre, has directed Macbeth, Much Ado About Nothing, The Tempest, Oedipus Rex, Romeo & Juliet and Agamemnon, among others.

People, picnics and blankets cover the amphitheater grassy slopes, with the Arboretum pond as a backdrop, to view these marvelous productions.
