We'll give you everything you need to plan a terrific weekend for your class. Experience Reunion 2016 on June 3 and 4 as part of the Insights program and get a feel for what your own class might enjoy during its special weekend in 2017. See the tentative schedule for the program below:

Check In

5:30-7 p.m.
Pick up your name tag and info packet for the weekend.

Lobster Bake Dinner

5:30-7 p.m.
An alfresco lobster dinner straight from Maine in a setting that can’t be beat. Once you arrive, look for the reserved seating for Insights guests.

Planning Kick Off

7-7:30 p.m.
Connect with classmates and meet the Advancement staff members who will be helping you plan your Reunion in 2017.

Keynote Address featuring Connecticut College Trustee, Debo Adegbile '91

We're thrilled to announce that Friday night's speaker will be noted civil rights lawyer Debo P. Adegbile '91, former president and director-counsel for the NAACP Legal Defense and Educational Fund. Currently a Partner at WilmerHale LLP in New York, Debo is a frequent speaker on Supreme Court and anti-discrimination law topics and has twice argued cases in the US Supreme Court. In 2014 he was President Obama's nominee for the post of Assistant Attorney General for Civil Rights.

Insights Breakfast

Reunion Giving Workshop

9-10 a.m.
Staff from the Connecticut College Fund will work with you over the next year to help your class raise a significant gift in honor of your Reunion. Hear about effective strategies and learn how you, as class leaders, play an important role.

Parade of Classes - A Reunion Tradition!

10:30 a.m.
Cheer on the Reunion 2016 classes as they march up Cro Boulevard. You’ll get ideas for showing your own class pride in 2017.

Alumni Convocation

10:45 a.m.
Celebrate alumni receiving service awards, honor faculty marking milestone anniversaries with the College and recognize class gifts and participation achievements.

Insights Wrap Up

1:15-2 p.m.
Gather informally with your classmates to share your impressions from the weekend. College staff will circulate to answer any questions. Plan your follow-up to the class for after Insights weekend.
