IMPORTANT - Campus Vaccine Clinic Now Open to Employees

Dear Staff and Faculty,

As you may have heard we will host a vaccination clinic on campus next week on Tuesday, April 20. As of this morning, we have 400 students signed up for the clinic. There are still appointments available, therefore we are inviting you to sign up for a time if you are still unvaccinated and looking for an appointment. The vaccine being administered is the Pfizer/BioNTech vaccine.

We will be partnering with the Community Health Center of New London to host the clinic on campus on April 20 with a second-dose clinic on May 11.

Please go to this link to make an appointment and reserve your vaccination time. The link will be active until 10:00 p.m. on Sunday, April 18. Note: the online form asks you to attest that you are “an eligible member at the high school noted above”-- disregard that it says high school. What is important is that you attest to the fact that you are requesting an appointment as a member of Connecticut College -- don’t worry about it saying “Conn College students” at the top. The Community Health Center is aware that we are opening this up to employees as well.

We hope that having access to this clinic on campus helps those of you who have not yet been able to secure an appointment.  Thank you for your attention to this critically important next step in our efforts to keep our campus and local community safe from COVID-19.

Sincerely,

Victor Arcelus
