New Banner User:

Your supervisor must complete the Banner System Access Request form and submit it to the Enterprise Systems group. Once permission is approved, you will be able to login. 

Banner Login:

Login to Banner: banner.conncoll.edu

Access to Banner is restricted to authorized users only.

We do not recommend adding this page to the bookmarks menu since updates/changes to the server it's pointing to will cause the bookmarked page to fail. 

Password Reset:

Please contact the IT Service Desk to reset your Banner password if you've forgotten it or log a ticket at webhelpdesk.conncoll.edu and select request type, Banner>Password.

Banner Availability:

The Banner system is available throughout each day except Thursdays between 6:00 pm - 9:00 pm EST when system maintenance is performed. 

Reporting Emergencies

Report Banner emergencies by calling the IT Service Desk at x4357 during hours of operation. After hours, you may log a ticket at webhelpdesk.conncoll.edu and select request type, Banner. 

Banner Maintenance Window:

Banner has a weekly back-up maintenance outage every Thursday from 6:00 pm - 9:00 pm EST.
