Connecticut College offers the following Web services for the campus community:

Web Requests

The online Help Request system enables the Web Team to serve your needs more effectively. Whether you need an update to an existing college website or would like website training, the team will direct the request to the correct person to assist you. The help request allows you to attach Word documents, pdfs, and images too. If you are not already logged into CamelWeb or email, you will be prompted to log in first.

All requests concerning the College's websites should be submitted under the "Web" Request Type found in the dropdown list. Select "CamelWeb" or "conncoll.edu" from the dropdown list.

Student Clubs and Organizations

Clubs and organizations are eligible to develop a Web presence through ConnQuest. This is a fully functioning Web system for clubs that provides a wall to post messages, photo galleries, election capability, membership management, etc. For more information, contact the Associate Director of Student Engagement and New Student Programs.

Personal Websites for Student, Faculty, and Staff

The College supports the use of Google Sites and Google Docs. A website can be developed and managed in Google Sites through an easy-to-use Web interface that contains a number of template selections (or choices). You do not have to create a Google individual account to create a site if you are a student, faculty, or staff member at Connecticut College. You already have a Google Apps for Education account which includes Google Sites.

To start a site, log into your college mail at http://mail.conncoll.edu/ and click on the Sites link at the upper left. Then click on the "Create New Site" button. Please see the official Google Sites help pages for more information:
