Taxes on your mind? IRA rollver may soon be reborn
The Senate and House have approved versions of the Tax Extenders Act of 2009, and both include a provision that would retroactively extend the IRA Charitable Rollover through December 31, 2010.
There are a number of significant differences between the Senate and House bills that need to be reconciled, but key tax writers have already begun meeting to try and work out the differences. It is expected that President Obama will sign the bill when it reaches his desk.
