NEW LONDON, Conn.--Phillip Vestergaard (St. Petersburg, Fla.) chipped in a penalty kick in the 63rd minute of action to lift the Williams College men's soccer team to a 1-0 victory at Connecticut College Sunday.

Later on with 33 minutes left, Kevin O'Brien (Welllesley, Mass.) unloaded from 20 yards out but his blast caromed off the post and sailed out of play.
Williams held a slim 13-to-10 advantage in shots while the Camels held a 7-to-3 edge in corner kicks.
