Trinity College 5, Connecticut College 1 Hine Notches Sixth Goal of Season for Camels

HARTFORD, Conn. -- Celia Colman-McGaw (Manchester, Conn.) tallied two goals and one assist to lead the Trinity College Bantams (18-3-2, 10-3-2) to a 5-1 victory against Connecticut College (7-14-2, 4-9-2) in NESCAC women´s hockey action played at Williams Rink in Hartford Friday night. The Bantams opened the game with four consecutive goals in a span of 15:16 to pull away from the Camels. Junior Abby Hine (Madison, Conn.) accounted for the Camel offense with her fourth goal of the season, scoring on a breakaway with 2:14 remaining in the opening period. Rachel Lindmark (Andover, Mass.) assisted on the score with the 44th point of her career. Sophomore Kate Driscoll (Peabody, Mass.) also assisted on the marker. Senior Sara Christopher (Andover, Mass.) made 28 saves in the loss for the Camels. Isabel Iwachiw (New York, N.Y.) stopped 35 shots for the Bantams. The Camels will visit Wesleyan for a 3:00 p.m. game Saturday afternoon.
