Information Services provides information technology (IT) system support to the Connecticut College community.
The IT Service Desk (ITSD) is the first stop for technical support for computer and technology issues for our Faculty, Staff and Students. You can find lots of information on our website to answer your questions or assist you in troubleshooting.
Emeriti can get help with their Connecticut College email access and general email support. Application support is provided with our "best effort". The IT Serivice Desk is not able to provide software licenses, malware remediation, or work on non-college owned computers. We are able to provide a list of local providers should you need that kind of support.
