Affordability and Aid

What you have to offer the world is of immeasurable value. The educational experience you choose should honor this. We know a college education is a substantial investment, and we know that families have many priorities to consider. Because your education is likely at the top of that list, we’re committed to help make it possible at Connecticut College. Nearly 50 percent of our students receive need-based financial aid from the College and we meet the full demonstrated need of every admitted student. We also provide reduced loan and work-study awards to students that meet certain financial criteria.

These pages contain information on the financial aid application process, our policies and procedures for awarding need based financial aid, and financing options for prospective first-year, transfer, and returning undergraduate students. You may calculate your estimated family contribution and corresponding aid package by using our Net Price Calculator. If you are concerned about how you will finance your education, we encourage you to apply for financial aid.
