CTL Resources



The CTL has become a national leader in teaching and learning at small colleges. At professional conferencse and through on-campus visits, the CTL is helping other small colleges across the country create learning-centered teaching cultures.

SC-pod

Connecticut College hosts the SC-POD, Small College Professional and Organizational Developer's listserv that connects faculty developers at small colleges. The CTL director, Michael Reder, chairs the small college group for the national faculty development organization, regularly running workshops and sessions that help faculty and administrators at other colleges develop their own faculty teaching programs.
