Connecticut College students are intellectually curious, creative problem solvers and creative thinkers. Hiring a Conn student as an intern will not only provide a powerful experience for students to apply their learning, a Conn student will transform your workplace with their drive and determination.

Our Employer Relations team helps students connect their liberal arts education to fulfilling lives in the world of work. Our strategic focus is on increasing students education around career options, preparing them to be competitive, and capitalizing on our outcomes.
