She has prioritized listening and collaboration with students, faculty, staff, alumni, and trustees to strengthen shared governance and to ensure that decisions reflect the values and aspirations of the full Connecticut College community.

The Dean and offices work collaboratively with colleagues across campus to promote a culture of inclusion; implement policies in support of full participation; develop and coordinate programs that address equity and inclusion; and foster conversations to enhance open dialogue and discussion.
