Reunion 2016

Reunion weekend has finally arrived! All members of classes ending in 1 and 6 are invited to Reunion 2016 this weekend, June 3-5. The weekend is packed with events that give you the chance to catch up friends and professors, see what’s new on campus, and celebrate a time that shaped your life.

Highlights include:

  • A conversation with Debo Adegbile '91, former president and director-counsel for the NAACP Legal Defense and Educational Fund, titled "Civil Rights, Advocacy and Diversity in America." The conversation will be led by Veronica Venture '86, director, EEO and Diversity, Department of Homeland Security.
  • The annual alumni parade down Cro Boulevard, followed by Alumni Convocation. At Convocation, awards will be given to classes in recognition of giving, as well as individual alumni — see the list of alumni award winners.
  • An alumni panel on innovation and entrepreneurship, as well as discussions with Pixar animator Tom Gately '91 and journalist Judith Licht Della Femina '66.
  • A performance by the legendary band Roomful of Blues, sponsored by the Class of 1976.

This year's Reunion also includes Celebration IX, a gathering of alumni of color from all generations. Attendees can go to all Reunion events, as well as special events for Celebration IX, including discussions with current students of color, Unity House programs, and a special reception and dinner.

To help tell the story of Reunion 2016, make sure you share all of your tweets and Instagram photos using the hashtag #CCReunion. We will share your messages throughout the weekend, and it may appear in a Reunion recap following the event!
