Fall 2017 Recruiting Connection

The 19th Annual Fall Recruiting Consortium is a day of interviews was held at the American Management Association (AMA building) in New York, New York, on Friday, October 27, 2017.

This program offers your company a unique opportunity to interview a large number of candidates during the heart of your recruiting season from these selective liberal arts schools: Bard College, Connecticut College, College of William & Mary, Swarthmore College, and Wesleyan University. As a participating employer, you will have the chance to review applications and pre-select students you wish to interview; schedules are pre-arranged based on your selections.

By bringing candidates to you, the Fall Recruiting Consortium is an easy and perfectly timed program for screening candidates for full-time openings as well as early identification of candidates for summer internships. We recommend that you register as soon as possible because space is limited!

Liberal Arts Recruiting Connection (LARC) Boston Job Fair and Interview Program

The Liberal Arts Recruiting Connection brings top talent from twelve very selective liberal arts colleges to Boston to connect with top organizations seeking qualified candidates. Held each fall, the program includes both an interview program, for which employers prescreen applicants and then conduct onsite job interviews, and a job fair, at which employers meet informally with students to collect resum├ęs, hand out literature and discuss career opportunities. Employers, please join us for the New York Recruiting Consortium (NYRC) Interview Program to be held Friday, Jan. 12, 2018, at AMA Executive Conference Center, 1601 Broadway, New York, NY 10019.

Register now. Please make checks payable to "Connecticut College, Career Center" or you may pay by credit card when you register:

Students from Brown University, Cornell University, Connecticut College, Trinity College and Union College apply to be interviewed on-site at the program by recruiting organizations. Employers are invited to interview undergraduate seniors from these five institutions for full-time opportunities.
