Reunion 2012

Registration is now open for Reunion. Come back June 1 – 3 to remember, relive and reconnect. The weekend will be packed with events you won’t want to miss.

You'll have plenty of time to relax with your friends and enjoy the beautiful campus. This is a reunion year for classes ending in 2 or 7, but all alumni are welcome to join the festivities.

To celebrate the launch of our second century, Reunion will focus on current events that are shaping our global society. Friday night, Alex Hybel, the Susan Eckert Lynch ’62 Professor of Government, presents a keynote address about the Arab Spring.

Other highlights:
• Take a class that will engage, inspire and foster a sense of life-long learning with some of the best faculty members at the College - like what to expect with the upcoming presidential elections and how apocalyptic predictions for 2012 have influenced modern religion.
• Enjoy a sneak peak at the new Science Center. Wait until you see New London Hall! You won’t believe the wonderful changes taking place.
• Take part in the-must-attend-events of the weekend –  either a special luncheon or dinner with your class. Some of the best Reunion memories come from these festive meals together!
• Cheer on your classmates as they receive well deserved awards.

Class events planned by your Reunion Committee include a 50th Reunion cocktail reception with President Higdon; a 55th Reunion panel with faculty who have participated in the Class of 1957 Teaching Seminar for Incoming Faculty; a 45th Reunion breakfast with the dean of the faculty; a 25th Reunion cocktail party and slideshow of special Connecticut College moments; a 15th Reunion party in Buck Lodge; and the Taste of New London for 5th and 10th Reunion classes! Check the schedule of events for your own class's plans.

Register online to save time and paper or, if you prefer, download registration forms to sign up for this unforgettable weekend! For more information, go to the Register Now page. While you’re there, see who has already registered and get a taste of the many exciting events in store for you. After you register, you can also search the alumni directory to find contact information for your classmates.

Your Reunion Committee and your friends at the College look forward to seeing you soon!
