From an organic farm in southwestern France to a youth organization in Barrow, Alaska, to science laboratories on campus, more than 320 rising seniors spread out around the globe for College-funded internships and research.

More than 70 percent of the Class of 2013 received a stipend of up to $3,000 from the College to support a summer work experience connected to their academic or career goals. Connecticut College is one of only two liberal arts colleges in the country that provides this opportunity, with funding, to every student between the junior and senior years.
