The Connecticut College faculty and staff Wellness Program provides a personalized approach to healthy living. This program will improve the health status and quality of life on our campus by assisting individuals in reducing their health risks through assessment, education, goal setting and referrals. Program evaluations will reflect increased morale and productivity and a reduction in health care related costs.
