Buying Options

Online: You can order tickets with Visa, MasterCard or Discover. You have the option of receiving tickets by email if you order online. 

Postal Mail: If you received our Arts Brochure, you can complete the enclosed order form and mail it with a check (payable to Connecticut College) or credit card information to: Connecticut College Box Office, Box 5216, 270 Mohegan Ave., New London, CT 06320-4196.

By Phone and In Person: The Box Office sales window and phone services are available to the public in the Athey Center for Performance and Research at Palmer Auditorium during our regular office hours. The Box Office has limited hours in December and January, but mail and web orders are still accepted.

Box Office Operating Hours: September through May, noon to 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. 

On performance days, the Box Office is open one hour prior to the performance at the specified venue for at-door sales when tickets are available.

Tickets ordered over the phone or via mail will be sent directly to you. If your order is received fewer than 10 days prior to the performance your tickets will be held at the Box Office for pickup before the performance.

Discounts

Student rates apply to full-time students up through college.

Senior Citizen discounts apply to individuals 65 and older.

Staff and Faculty at Connecticut College receive a 10% discount on all single Guest Artist Series tickets.

Group Sales: Groups of 10 or more can save 10% off regular ticket prices to most of our onStage Guest Artist Series and other ticketed performances. A single standard service fee of $10 will be applied to the total order. Contact the Box Office directly to find out more.

Office Policies

All mail, phone and online orders will be charged a $3 per ticket handling fee. 

All sales are final.  For information on refunds or exchanges due to a show cancellation, please contact the Box Office. 

As a courtesy to the audience and the artists, latecomers will be seated at the discretion of the management.  Please note that, on occasion, there is no late seating allowed for events.  We ask that you take this into account when planning your visit to the campus, leaving yourself enough time to arrive at the venue before the published curtain time.
