What is SMART Recovery?

Self Management and Recovery Training (SMART)

SMART is a recovery program designed to decrease and eliminate problematic addictive behaviors. These include but are not limited to: Alcohol, drugs, marijuana, cigarettes/vaping/nicotine, binge eating, self harm, gambling, shopping, video games, internet, pornography, sex, etc. Meetings for those affected directly by an addictive behavior.

SMART Recovery is an evidenced-informed recovery method grounded in Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy (REBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
