Cross Country

1984

The cast of 1984 perform an invited dress rehearsal in Tansill Theater. Directed by Malik Work ’98, the show ran Oct. 10-12 and featured cast members Sophia Bianchi ’26, Ariel Mayer ’26, Tom Wilkens ’27, Julia Toyer ’27, Ryan Brearley ’28, Callan O’Keefe ’29, Janet Tran ’29, Rus Feyzov ’28 and Lauren McCoy ’28.

Visiting Assistant Professor of English and Writer in Residence Lara Ehrlich has a conversation with Anna Wong ’27 and Kate Jeffrey ’26 on stage during a launch event for her novel Bind Me Tighter Still in Ernst Common Room. Camel Madness

All seven of Conn’s a cappella groups—Vox Cameli, Miss Connduct, Conn Artists, Shwiffs, Co Co Beaux, Williams Street Mix and ConnChords—performed during the fall Challenge Concert in Harkness Chapel. Each group performed a song from a different decade. 

Clothesline Project

Visitors take in the display of T-shirts as part of the Office of Sexual Violence Prevention and Advocacy’s Clothesline Project in the Susan Eckert Lynch 1962 Room. The Clothesline Project aims to break the silence around violence and abuse, honoring survivors’ strength and providing a platform for their stories. Each shirt’s color signifies a different type of violence.

 Celebrating Cro
