No. 4-seeded Camels to host No. 5 Tufts in NESCAC Men’s Soccer Championship quarterfinals Oct. 31

The No. 4-seeded Connecticut College Camels will host No. 5 Tufts in a New England Small College Athletic Conference (NESCAC) Men’s Soccer Championship quarterfinal match on Saturday, Oct. 31, at 12:30 p.m. on Silfen Field.

The Camels went unbeaten in their final seven matches of the regular season and posted five shutouts. Marco Perugini ’27 recorded his first career hat-trick as the team defeated visiting Wesleyan 3-0 on Silfen Field Oct. 27 in the last regular season game and secured the final home quarterfinal game in the NESCAC Tournament.

Conn has earned a spot in the tournament field for 15 consecutive years and this marks the team’s 18th overall appearance. The Camels won the championship in 2024 and lost 1-0 to Tufts in last year’s championship game.

The game will be streamed for free via the NESCAC NETWORK powered by NSN. The NESCAC NETWORK is available on TV streaming apps (Android TV, Apple TV, Amazon Fire, Roku), computers and mobile devices (iOS, Android).

The winner will play in one of two semifinal games on Saturday, Nov. 7. The championship game is set for noon on Sunday, Nov. 8. For more information, visit NESCAC.com.
