The College operates a full service print shop and post office, and maintains a fleet of Multi-Function Devices (MFD’s) around campus allowing for printing and copying from these locations.
The Print Shop is located in Hillyer Hall, adjacent to Tansill Theater on the north side of the building. The entrance is on the left side through the carport.
Printing and Mailing Services is responsible for:
- all printing services
- administering the MFD fleet of printer/copier/scanners
Using the General Print Form found on CamelWeb, you can upload a PDF or JPG file, answer some questions and then Printing Services will take it from there. This can be done from any computer while logged in to CamelWeb. An automatic email notification will be sent to you once a proof is ready to be viewed at the Print Shop, and again when a job is complete and ready to pick up.
Any outside business who wishes to use the services of Connecticut College Printing and Mailing Services MUST BE a legal, non-profit, entity. A Connecticut CERT-119 form must be provided, as proof that you are exempt from taxable purchases of tangible personal property and services, upon request.
Printing on campus for students, faculty and staff
The College’s print/copy management system, PaperCut, enhances functionality, simplifies maintenance, and provides additional services. The Xerox printers/copiers/scanners, also known as Multi-Function Devices (MFDs), are located in Shain Library, Greer Music Library, the Language & Culture Center, in many academic buildings, and in the College Center at Crozier-Williams.
The Post Office is located in Crozier-Williams next to the Camel Card Office. Faculty and students campus mailboxes are located here. The Post Office is also the place where all packages arrive for you to pick up; you’ll get a notice in your mailbox when they arrive.
The Post Office offers all the services found in a local post office. You can purchase stamps, mail packages by UPS and the U.S. Postal Service (USPS), and purchase mailing supplies. For your convenience, the Post Office accepts cash or Camel Cash as payment.
