  • Residential Experience

Summer@Conn is a residential academic experience. When you aren’t in classroom, you’ll enjoy life on our beautiful waterfront arboretum campus in picturesque southeastern Connecticut. You’ll live in a historic residence hall with all of your new friends and your counselors, who are current Connecticut College students. Recreational activities include tennis, swimming, bowling, and even kayaking on the Thames River (our boat launch is right on campus!). You’ll also sample a variety of skill-building electives, such as college essay writing, interview preparation and journaling workshops, and learn more about the college admission process from the pros.

Students will be housed in historic residential dormitories, typically in double rooms with another pre-college student, which we believe promotes the true pre-college experience. In the event that a student requires a single room, arrangements can be made by contacting the Director of Summer Programs.
