Self-Scheduled Examinations - Spring 2017

  • Classes end Wednesday, May 10.
  • Review days are Thursday and Friday May 11 and 12.
  • Exams begin at 9 am on Saturday, May 13.
  • Exams end on Monday, May 15 at 5 pm for all graduating seniors and at 12:00 noon on Wednesday, May 17 for non graduating students.

Exam Periods 

  • 9 a.m. - Noon; 2 p.m. - 5 p.m.; 7 p.m. - 10 p.m.
  • On Wednesday May 17 there will be a 9 a.m. - noon session only.
  • Centers open 20 minutes prior to start time.
  • The official writing time for exams is three hours.
  • Exams MUST be returned no later than noon, 5 p.m., or 10 p.m. to be in compliance with exam procedures.  

Exam Centers

  • The designated Exam Centers are Bill 211 and Blaustein 208.  
  • Exams are issued from and should be returned to the designated centers.
  • Centers open 20 minutes prior to each exam start time.
  • Cell phones, ipads, tablets, laptops, and any devices with internet connection are never permitted in any exam rooms.
  • Exam centers are locked when not in use.

SELF-SCHEDULED EXAMINATIONS: Starting Saturday, May 13, and running every day through Tuesday, May 16, there will be morning (9 am to 12 noon), afternoon (2 to 5 pm), and evening (7 to 10 pm) sessions. On Wednesday, May 17, there will be a morning (9 am to 12 noon) session only. SENIORS, INCLUDING WALKERS, MUST CONCLUDE EXAMINATIONS BY 5 PM ON MONDAY, MAY 15.

Exams are issued from and should be returned to the designated centers. The designated Exam Centers (Bill 211 and Blaustein 208) will open 20 minutes prior to each exam start time to begin exam distribution. THE OFFICIAL WRITING TIME FOR EXAMS IS 3 HOURS. ALL EXAMS MUST BE RETURNED NO LATER THAN 12 NOON, 5 P.M. OR 10 P.M.
