Fall 2022 Welcome Days
We hope you will come dance with us during our Fall Welcome Days for high school seniors will be held on Monday, October 10, 2022 and Monday, November 7, 2022.
Our Welcome Days are a great time to meet with our wonderful faculty members and current students. You will meet for an information session, where you'll learn more about dancing here and you can ask any questions you might have. You'll also take a class with current students in one of our spacious, light-filled studio. This class is a mix of what we offer, including West African, Afro-Diasporic Dance, Modern, Improvisation and Ballet. Afterwards, is our Sharing of Solos, where you'll share a 1.5-2 minute solo in any style you like.
If you can't make it on October 10 or November 7, you are welcome to visit, take a class and share your solo on another weekday during the Fall 2022 semester. Or you can share a video of your solo through the Arts Supplement on the Common Application, indicating that you're interested in the Dance Major.
Our faculty and current students are always available to talk, if you aren't able to visit and would like to hear more about what dancing here is like.
