Creative Writing across Mediums: Portfolio and Authorial Process

As a capstone to my self-designed major in narrative studies, my thesis is drawing upon my creative and critical work in the film studies and literatures in English departments. I have been writing two short stories and two short scripts throughout the year to explore the methods involved in crafting characters within the frameworks of both prose and script. My portfolio will be supplemented by an analysis of this process, which will cover my developing experiences and relationships with authorship, voice, and subjectivity.
