Project/Mission Statement
For my project, I was looking to connect my passions for art and biology into something I wanted to study in the future. With the rise of the COVID pandemic and controversy over the vaccine, I found that most ways of combating medical misinformation mainly consisted of presentation slides and public speeches. To better engage with my audience, I chose to use an artistic medium (animation and projection) to better visualize the medical process. Thus, I animate how the mRNA COVID vaccine provides COVID immunity through 3D modeling techniques and projection mapping.
